This day in Queen history … December 13, 1979 – The band performed at the Lyceum Ballroom in London, England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 “Crazy” Tour

This is the first in a series of seven shows in London, some of which were in clubs like this one. Holes had to be cut into the ceiling of this small venue in order for the lighting rig to be attached.

The Famous Crazy Hat party followed in which Queen were awarded gold discs for their huge hit “Crazy Little Thing Called Love” by the amazing British socialite, Gertrude Shilling
