1 July 1986, Queen performed the first of two evenings in scorching temperatures @ Hallenstadion in Zürich, Switzerland

A fan who saw both nights recalls: “It was about 110 degrees in that auditorium. Under the lights it was probably unbearable.”

Photographer, Torleif Svensson, who took this incredible picture from this particular show said:

“When Queen played in Zürich, my friend Anders was living in Switzerland. I got him a backstage pass so he could stand with me near the stage. It was summer, and very hot. My friend Anders didn’t want to get his new shirt all sweaty, so he took it off. He stood with me in the photographers pit by the stage and enjoyed the rest of the concert with only his bare chest, which caught some nice glances from stage.

From the book “Queen – The Last Tour”.
