Early Queen Gig: 20 October 1973 – The band performed at the Paris Theatre in London, England – ‘Queen l Tour’
There was a plan to record this concert by BBC Radio 1 for a program “In Concert” but there were technical difficulties and it didn’t work out.
The crowds were slowly but surely growing in number. Norman Sheffield said, “Their following was really strong, even then. We’d have grandparents turning up with their children and grandchildren, it was amazing!”
The modest setlist:
Procession, Father to Son, Son and Daughter, Ogre Battle, Hangman, Stone Cold Crazy, Keep Yourself Alive, Liar, See What A Fool I’ve Been
The Encore: Jailhouse Rock, Stupid Cupid, Big Spender, Bama Lama Bama Loo
